I am a young teacher looking for a young professional to rent in a newly purchased townhome. The home is completely update and will be totally furnished (other than the room that will be rented out). Estimated rent will be $550 and 1/3 of the utilities will be required (your share of gas, electricity and cable are estimated to be 100 a month). Personally I am a low-key, hardworking person. I enjoy my job, friends, family, and relaxing. I am looking for a roommate who will feel comfortable living
