Hi, I currently have an unfinished basement (approximately 1100 sqft) which I plan to have finished by October 1st. I would like to rent it out for $900/month all utilities included (water, electric, gas, trash, Direct TV, no phone, working on getting internet). There is no kitchen or washer/dryer in the basement but you are welcome to use my kitchen, on the main floor, and my washer & dryer, on the top floor. At the moment I'm not home that much; my job keeps me away from the house from 7am-7p
