Looking for roommate to share my rental home. Must apply w/property mngmnt/1 year lease. No deposit required. Rent is $600 plus 1/2 of utilities. 3bed/2bath,completely furnished w/exception of room for rent, 2 car garage w/large shop to store excess furniture, dead end st, quiet private backyard w/large covered patio.
