Lease ends July 31st. The apartment has a dishwasher, a laundry unit, and comes fully furnished. The bed provided is a full size. There are 3 other college women living there currently. The roommates are clean and respectful, and one roommate has a small dog. The Gramercy itself has a pool, 24 hour fitness center, study area, and an ATA bus stop. It is close to the football stadium too so it is the perfect place for fall.
