I have a br avail in a 2br/2bath apt in Knoxville, close to South College. I need somone who can lease it ASAP through December. Utilities are usually $30-$40 each. I am a female student at South College and my roommate dropped out of school and broke her portion of the lease, so now I am stuck paying the full amt and would like to find someone to fill her room. The apt is brand new (we are the first tenants) with cable and internet included. The br is the larger of the 2 w/ connecting bath.
