The apartment itself is the top floor (plus attic) of a large brick house. Laundry facilities are in the basement and cost $1.25 per load. This area has lots of trees, walking trails, and is within walking distance to grocery, bank, and library. The bus to either Silver Spring or Takoma Park metro is one block away.
