- 1/2 of Basement: washer/dryer and storage area; other 1/2 is converted into a nice TV room - 1st Floor: living room w/ hardwood floors and huge kitchen w/ ceramic tiles. The 1/2 bath is on this level - 2nd Floor: Available room w/ big closet and two windows; den with couch and TV; master bedroom (my room). The den is between both rooms for extra privacy. There is a full-sized bathroom w/ ceramic tile. - Outside, the fenced-in yard opens up to the lake, which is about 25 ft from the gate!
