Approx 2200 square foot home. Roommate fell through at last minute. The rent is $1200 per month, we can split 1/2 so it is $600 per month. Pet deposit if you want one, no cats. The house is only about 7 years old. No security deposit since some unfinished work needs to be done which is very flexible. If you are afraid of a little work (paint) and blue ( a pretty blue carpet) then don't bother. My sister and her husband will be doing upgrades thru out the year. Option to buy.
