Available unfurnished room in 2bd/1ba apt. Rent is $355 for the room. Utilities are usually around $100/mo. Look up apt at the greens online under custom deluxe IV plan. I am a female grad student looking for non-smoking female. I'm clean and mostly tidy but can get disorganized when busy. Prefer sharing apt duties. Night owl but just studying and watch TV. I have friends over but not often and usually just for a meal or a movie. Not one for parties but ok with having a few people over.
