About this household
We are renting half of our house. The basement is finished, huge, warm, and makes for a very nice room. The family room is included in this and has the fireplace. There is a den area off the family room and a private entrance if the renter wishes to use it. There is a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub/shower in it. Capet is a year old and very clean.
