My husband and I live in a 3 bedroom townhome in west flag, close to NAU. We are looking for 2 roomates, one room will rent for 400 with utilities (it is slightly smaller) and the other will rent for 450. We are fairly quiet people, we work so we're not home most of the day, and we're also finishing our degrees this year. A small dog might be ok, but we'll have to approve it. No cats, my husband is allergic.
