Hey! Im actually looking for someone to take over my lease. Im moving to be closer to my job. I live in University House off Tryon Rd in Raleigh, and it's really close to NCState. There are 3 other girls that live here, and they are GREAT-so easy to live with- all students at State. The apartment is in a great location, and is an awesome place to live. *if you take over my lease before may 9th i will pay your first months rent! (even if the lease is signed in may u wont have to pay until aug)
