Hi, my name is Allison. Townhouse is right behind UCF (less than a mile). We are looking for someone to fill the third bedroom. The bedroom is fairly large and has its own closet. Bathroom is shared with my other roommate. Rent includes everything, unless we go over $135 on electricity (which has never happened).
