I live in an up and coming area of Denver called Belmar. Just 8 minutes to Downtown and just ten minutes to Golden. The apartment is brand new and is located just a block away from an outdoor mall, wonderful dining, an upscale bowling alley, Whole Foods, and a new movie theater. The pool, spa, and gym are never crowded, and the management has been wonderful. One of my favorite perks is the Starbucks coffee in the lobby every morning.
