I Its about a 7 or 8 minute drive from UCF. i am a 25 year old male grad student who owns the house...my other buddy who rents from me works at UCF. I also have a dog...so you can't be allergic. Flexible on when lease begins...however must before August. All utilities along with cable and high speed internet are included in the rent. $500 deposit due at signing as well.
