Walking distance to downtown and broadway shops and bars/clubs. beautiful building! hardwood floors, huge kitchen, lots of light, giant bedroom. i have been a tenant here a year already and it's the best darned place i've ever lived. management is fantastic. the neighbors are all friendly twenty-somethings. utilities are included in rent. electric bill tends to run twelve bucks a person. laundry facility and work-out room in the basement. on street parking. parking permit available. one cat, ok
