Hi! I have a nice condo and I am looking for a female (non-smoker) roommate who is responsible, respectful, reliable, honest, clean, and drama-free. The rent is $580 with some utilities included, but (with the rest of the utilities) the total is $630. I would prefer a 12 month lease, but could possibly do a 9 or 6 month lease too.
