I am a Single guy in a new home. Don't confuse this for a desperate plea for a date!! I need someone to help me share the cost of living in a nice home in a nice neighborhood. There is a large yard and an above ground pool. The room I have has a double closet and large window. Plus a full bath adjoining the room. No Drugs, prefer non-smoker but that is negotiable. Background check also required. Only looking for first and last months rent.
