I am a 30yo male with a small laid back dog. I live off of 410 and Starcrest. I am looking for a roommate who can co-pay rent and utilities that come out to approximately 410-420/ month. The apartment is just under 1200sq ft. 2bed/1.5 bath. You would have your own vanity area but we would have to share the shower and toilet. You would have your own covered parking lot.
