The rent for the house is $500 a month not including utilities which ranges from $50-$70 per person. So in total you would be paying around $550ish each month and wifi is included as well. There are 3 girls in the house and we are all 21-22 and go to OSU. We have 1 dog in the house and other pets are welcome too. The house is furnished and has a washer/dryer. It is a 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath. Clean, modern, and in a nice neighborhood.
