Im a 31 year old male, single dad, full time student at UNT. I have a large room for rent in a 3000 sq ft home in sundown ranch off of teasley. $700 a month (all bills included minus groceries). Would have to share jack and jill bathroom with my 12 year old son but he would be on the other side of the house for privacy. The house has a pool with an attached spa, pool table, 2 car garage, plenty of storage, nice quiet neighborhood, I like to hang out, have fun, anything outdoors, avid fisherman.
