House is in East Dayton near historical area. Rooms are very spacious and there are several nice ammenities such as jacuzzi bathtub, wi-fi, built in desk in bedroom, and laundry room. We are usually a quiet couple who rarely have guests over. Plus we're non-smokers and very rarely drink alcohol. Perfect for students as it is between Wright State and Sinclair.
