The house location is perfect, being 20 minutes from Boulder and 15 minutes from Denver, right near H-36. One of the levels is actually a bi-level. There is a master bedroom and then two normal sized rooms. (one which is for rent) The 2 normal sized rooms share a bathroom upstairs. There is a 2 car garage, a large empty basement, and a laundry room. Has a good sized yard (fornt and back). Two of the three rooms are currently rented. House has furniture and appliances. Great Rommates too!
