I'm looking for a roommate, I have a 2br/2bath at Sail Cove Condos. Your room is 11.5X 11.5ish. You will have your own Bedroom and Bathroom and full access to kitchen. Sail cove has numerous amenities some of them include 24 hour gym, hot tub, pool. Sail cove is located in between St Johns Town Center and Tinseltown it is close to UNF too (like 3 miles). Rent is 500 dollars plus utilities. A bit about me, I'm in Nursing School at UNF, I'm pretty quiet go with the flow type.
