Looking to sublease one bedroom (11x16 with full bathroom in room) in a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment. Someone can move in as soon as they're ready and I'm willing to compromise rent. Cheap utilities (you only pay electricity everything else is included in rent) and close to campus. There are two assigned parking spots and plenty of guest spots.Also my roommate will be in Canada from all of May and most of June so the apartment would be all yours for atleast half of the summer!!
