Hi there! I live at the Villa Burgambilias apartments, and I’m looking for someone to take over my lease until July! Rent is $430 a month with utilities included. My roommate is a girl, she’s 23, no kids and is working most of the time so she’s hardly there. The apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and you’ll get your own private bathroom and walk in closet so it has its perks. The apartment complex has their own laundry facility, and pools.
