The property is Archstone Monument Park and it is only 5 years old. It is a gorgeous complex literally right across the street from Wegman's on Monument Dr. The apartment is well kept and very open. The room is large, as is the bathroom, and there is a private hallway separating both from the main areas. We are clean so we've kept everything very nice and like new. I am willing to leave the queen-sized bed and 4 drawer dresser for $150 if needed. It is in a great location and a great community!
