2300 sq ft with a reception area, office, kitchenette, storage, large shooting area. DSL/phone. There is one bedroom that can be remodeled and divided into two smaller ones. Prefer to live with another photographer or someone in the media/entertainment field, but not necessary. Please understand that when I have clients over, you must act professional and polite. You must like/tolerate dogs. I have a two year old chow/lab mix. Very friendly and loving, not aggressive or loud.
