Hi! I need a female roommate to share a room. I am a very nice and quiet person. Management is nice, helpful, and would usually respond within 24 hours. I enjoy having a washer/dryer within the unit so that I won't need to lug my laundry elsewhere.It's quiet, and the management is super-friendly and super-helpful. (They give you free coffee and doughnuts every day!) The pool area and hot tub are a great bonus. Parking conditions are good. I never have problems finding parking on weekends.
