I am a single mom looking for a dependable female roommate. I have 2 children that are with me more than half the time. Prefer someone with no kids since there's not really room for more than one person in rental area, may be open to discussion. House is very nice, about 2700 sq. ft., in a nice area,close to downtown. No pets or smoking! Rental area is about 700 sq. ft. Utilities are included. Subject to background and criminal check. Room can be furnished or unfurnished, your choice.
