I live in at La Colina on Teasley Ln. It is a 2/2 and rent is $335 a month plus utilities. The rest of August is free. As an added bonus September's rent is only $235 plus utilities. I don't have a pet but pets are welcome. It is very nice, clean, and close to campus. I am a sophomore at UNT and I like to have fum but I also like to hit the books.
