Hey there, so my mom owns the house and we are currently looking for a new roommate but we probably wont need one until Julyish. The rent is 410 and we pay for cable and electric. Cable has been like $22 a person and depending on the season the electric is anywhere between $20 to $80. The Bed room is very big plus it has a side room attached that would be included. The bathroom is shared but it does have two sinks and its fairly big.
