Two girls in the apartment are moving back home for the spring, so we need someone to fill the rooms before then! The deposit is negotiable, and we would be willing to work with you regarding the move. December is already paid for, so the place is ready to be moved into whenever need be! Utilities run about $40 a month and include wireless internet, cable, and PG&E. Rent is originally $400, but I'm willing to pay the difference as an incentive :) There are 2 rooms availab
