Looking to rent two of four bedrooms in a 2,600 sq ft 3 month old home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, office/den & a huge backyard in a great community. If u want to pay for utilities separately, I can accept $475 + 1/2 utilities + $300 refundable deposit. If not, the rent is $595 per room including utilities, refundable deposit is $250. Utilities include water, electricity, gas, trash pickup, High Speed Wireless Internet(3 Mbps Download, 1Mbps Upload, & 11Mbps wireless), digital cable, wsher/dryr.
