About this household

Hello I'm currently renting a 2 bedroom 1 bath house in Phoenix, cross roads are baseline and 7th avenue. I am a junior at ASU pursuing a justice studies degree. About the house it is in a gated ranch-style property there are two other houses on this property that are rented as well by other families, also there are animals on the property they board horses here. I am looking for a decent person who can pay rent on time, no parties.
