New to town and just recently got this house close to downtown that starts in August 1st. It's a two bedroom and I need someone to fill the other one! All utilities are included in the rent, it has a wash and dryer in it. The house has a nice yard and lots of storage including a shed. I am 23 and moved here to Assistant teach at the university. I also bartend downtown on the side. I am pretty chill and layed back. Like to read, cook, paint, work with clay, and ride my bike a lot.
