There are currently two decent sized rooms for rent, in a quiet and safe culdesac community. These rooms are for single occupants, unless you are willing to pay a premium for 2 occupants, I do have a larger master room I would be willing to rent for $750 a month. As stated, this is a safe, clean and quiet neighborhood. Renters will have full access to house including kitchen, backyard, bathrooms, living room and barbeque.
