Roommate can be male or female because both sexes currently live here. Choose 1 of 2 bedrooms (first to sign a lease gets room of choice). These 2 rooms share the largest (and newly renovated) bathroom. New roommates need to be friendly and respectful of others' belongings & privacy. Also, roommates need to be pet-friendly (we have cats and a dog), but we cannot allow any more animals unless caged, sorry! Rent is $375 + Utilities per month per room. Both rooms are available to move in now!
