This is a beautiful, fully furnished town-house (we’re upstairs, a couple lives downstairs) with one empty room, it’s own bathroom, and 3 blocks from the 710. It is walking distance from Cal State LA. Comes with a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans and dishes. Living room has my couch and a few furniture as you can see. I provide HD cable , DVR, and internet. There is storage, washer and dryer in the garage. I’m looking for a non parting, non smoking, clean and neat, dog friendly person
