I live in 5 bedroom 2 bath house. We have a big living room, a spacious kitchen and dining room, and a big backyard that has a trampoline, a hammock, and a tire swing in it. Our landlord pays for the gardeners and we also get free access to our landlord's swimming pool and spa. The room that is open in our house does have to be shared, but the dimensions of the room are 20 by 17 ft so you won’t feel cramped. A 5 min drive and 7 min bike ride to UC Davis with bus stops across the street.
