Rent is $886 and will be devided up between each person, $177 each for 2 people, or $221 for 1 person. We live in the Kempton downs appartments, which is in walking distance from mounthood commuinity college! We will be deviding up the rent per person. It's a 3 bedroom apartment. We have 3 of us living there currently, 2 in the master and 1 in the other bedroom, with the other room availble! Theres a pool, hot tub& fitness area!
