I have a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom townhome. Recently had the extra bedroom become available for rent. I am looking for a roommate to move in as soon as possible. My ideal roomie would be a student who works part time. Non-smoker, no drugs, drinks rarely or occassionally. I am focused on school and would like to live with someone who is the same. I am always busy, but like to have a good time with good company. Rent would be $325 a month plus utilities and cable if you want to use it.
