There are floor to ceiling windows, a balcony, microwave and dishwasher, laundry on the same floor, covered gated parking, a security desk/concierge with 24hr security guard (not that it is so dangerous that it is needed, but it is nice extra security), pool, workout room and bbq area. Currently the rent is $697.50 each, but may go up with a new lease (I hope not though!).
