I am looking for someone to take over my sublease at Mortensen Heights in Ames. It is a great and fairly new apartment. It's in a 3BR apartment and you are sharing with two other males. You will be getting the master bedroom and your own private bathroom. The apartment comes with free 24/7 gym membership, dog park, and a clubhouse where you can invite your friends over.
