My home has 2 master suites, so your room has its own bath, and walk-in closet. It is not furnished right now, but I can do that. There are privacy gates; a neighborhood pool & jacuzzi; and basketball court with ramada. It’s less than 1 mile north of the US60 on Greenfield Rd. My neighbors are great, and we have a good time when we get together. The house is 9 miles from Mesa CC, Chandler-Gilbert CC, and ASU Polytech; 14 from ASU Main; and 20 miles from Scottsdale CC and the PHX Airport.
