Apartment is in West Ames on Pinon Dr., and the 1/1A Red stop just at the end of the street. There is a garage right out front, and more parking nearby. There will be interior, exterior, and common area updates happening some time this year. Most of the living room furniture would stay, so you would only need to provide a chair.
