We're a very laid back 25 year old couple. We're living in california right now, but building a home in colorado in the boradlands. We're looking for a calm roomie who respects our home, and our property, in return you get a brand new home, a bathroom with granite countertops & tile flooring & shower/bath wall tile, and all shared home space. You would be sharing a jack and jill large bathroom with a private "water closet" (toilet & bath area with separate door/entrance). Floorplans avail.
