About this household

I'm moving for a job in Cedar Rapids and looking for someone to take over my rent in a lovely house right next to Ames High for the very low price of $475 per month, all utilities paid. The kitchen and bathroom are loaded with new appliances and a new washer/dryer, hardwood floors everywhere and a furnished living and sun room. My roommate is male and in his late 20's, but he's extremely chill. He used to play basketball at ISU and spent some time abroad playing semi-pro in Europe.
