Basically i just bought a house in covina. it is an awsome bacholar pad. all our roomates currently go to cal poly. the room available is a double, but you will have your own bathroom in the room.the house will have 5 people living in their. Rent includes water, trash, and the gardner. All of us are extrmely clean, so no messy people. plus all furniture is nice, so you must treat my house with respect. No immature idiots.
