My cousin and I are 28&9 year-olds needing a room mate (guy or girl) who can keep common areas clean, pays bills on time, and is cat friendly. We have two cats (one is indoor and one is mostly outdoor, but comes in at night). We have a small yard we enjoy spending time in. We are courteous and don't like hosting parties, and are looking for the same. I work full time and my cousin works and spends a lot of time schooling from her computer. We'd like to get to know someone a bit before move-in :)
